Where is The CADO located?

A

We're located at Liberty Station on the South Promenade. Address: 2850 Roosevelt Rd, San Diego, CA 92106


Q

I see 15 minute time slots. What does that mean and how long is the experience once you enter?

A

We let groups of about 12 people into The CADO every 15 minutes. The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

What about parking?

A

There are multiple free lots at and around Liberty Station. Please consider time to park and walk to location.


Q

Will there be avocado tastings? Any vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, kosher, or egg-free options?

A

Expect fresh California-inspired avocado centric bites from talented chefs and other food partners. While we try to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee absence of these allergens.

What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?

A

We recommend arriving at the location 20 minutes before your time slot. Please arrive at the door 5-10 minutes prior to your reservation.

Ticket sales are closed - how can I visit?


A

All tickets must be purchased online prior to the event.

Will tickets be sold at the door?


A

Tickets are $27 (+ tax and service fee). Children under 3 do not need a ticket.

How much are tickets?


A

We offer a limited number of family discount tickets on Wednesday mornings and always offer military discounts. A valid military ID is required for each ticket purchased with that discount.

Do you offer children or military discounts?


A

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable. Tickets may not be purchased from a third party vendor.

Q

Do you refund tickets or change ticket times? What about transfers?


A

Tickets are mobile. You may print it or show it on your mobile device. If you purchase tickets for a group,  One person in each group must match the name on the ticket with a valid photo ID.

Do I need to print my ticket?


A

Yes! We are completely ADA accessible.

Is The CADO wheelchair accessible?


A

We love your pets, but do not allow any in the experience (with the exception of service animals that must be kept on a leash at all times).
